Marji started working at Red Ridge in 1993 and has long been in charge of the kitchen and cleaning department, and is therefore one of our most important members of staff.
Never having driven until in her 40’s Marji now terrorises the area on her noisy scooter. She always arrives 30 minutes early for work so as not to run the risk of having to share the country lanes with the early morning lorries from the quarry!
Marji is a member of the local ladies darts team and and plays better after a glass of red wine.
